RITES & RITUAL
"Rites + Ritual" is a deeply vulnerable and resonant short film documenting a performance piece that explores the profound journey of grief and personal transformation in the wake of major life changes.
This particular work was inspired by the devastation I experienced after my recent divorce and the path I took to heal through that loss and grief.
The topic includes: The grief process, navigating high stakes and practical life changes, loss of identity, post-traumatic stress, loss and rebuilding friendships, and religious trauma.
